As I have been going about this week, I have had this keen sense of awareness of the Presence of God, my heart is full, I guess just the atmosphere of the cross emanating love, liberty and wholeness conjures up songs in my spirit to bring my time of reflection alive, birthing admiration and appreciation for the “PRICE” that has been paid. I was washing dishes and Chris Tomlin’s, Jesus Messiah began to play in my head and the first verse is so potent that it provoked me to worship. The lyrics states, “He became sin who knew no sin that we might become His righteousness.” I mourn for what He (Jesus) had to endure; for He was a man without sin, but to think that for me He became sin. To exchange His life for mines, calls to mind that the life I live have value. My heart overflows, with gratitude.
Lord, I thank….You. Thank You, that you were obedient even to the point of death, to demonstrate the Love of God for man.
You came that we might have life and in you there is life.
In you there is freedom
In you there is Peace
In You there is Joy
In You there is Deliverance
In You there is Redemption
In You there is…….Salvation
Thank You for the price you paid.
Thank You for the life you gave.
Thank You that you raised with all power in your hands
and you looked at man and said,” The Power Invested In Me; I give unto thee.”
May we live in the fellowship of your suffering but may we reflect your Resurrection Power.
May we live in obedience?
May we share the free gift?
May yourMISSIONthat none will be lost, be the purpose of every believer’sheart?
May man see their need of a Savior, may they humble themselves in reverence and acceptance.
May the John the Baptist of this day arise and cry as a voice in the Wilderness….Repent; Repent for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand.
May there be urgency in the land to do the work of an evangelist; spreading the Good News that you gives life from the dead.
May man forsake their wicked ways and may the saints not take for granted your grace.
May our hearts live in a continual state of Rememberance
