Salvation

They that call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved.

Salvation is the free gift of God, given to all who will receive. Salvation is not just a ticket to escape hell, but it has many benefits. You may need to see God’s salvation in the area of your: body, marriage, finance, freedom from addiction or bondage. Salvation consist of everything Jesus purchased on the cross at Calvary. Everything covered in Isaiah 53 is obtained through salvation. Therefore, as you confess with your mouth and believed in your heart to receive Jesus, into your life as your personal Lord and Savior; you will have to confess with your mouth and believe in your heart for salvation to come to any area of need.

When is the day of salvation? Today, is the day of SALVATION!

Just to make it practical here are a few examples:

Father in the name of Jesus, thank you for salvation; I receive the finished work of Christ. Therefore, I receive salvation in the area of my health. Your word declare that you were wounded for my transgressions and bruised for my iniquities and the chastisement of my peace was upon you and with your stripes I am healed. I confess with my mouth and I believe in my heart that I am healed therefore, my mind and body agree with your truth and it manifest as evidence in my life. Thank you, that you are the Lord God that healeth. Thank you, for a cheerful mind that worketh all healings, and a merry heart doeth good like medicine. Be it unto me according to your word.

In Jesus name, I pray……Amen!

Father,

Thank you, that you have given me everything pertaining to life and godliness. Therefore, thank you, that you daily load me with benefits, thank you, that wealth and riches are in my house. Thank you, that the blessing of the Lord maketh rich and adds no sorrow with it. Thank you, for supplying all my needs according to your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Thank you, that your word declares that you will make all grace abound towards me in every good work. Thank you, that your Word is sure and because I have given, you  will give unto me pressed down shaken together and running over that man shall given unto my bosom. Thank you, because I have honored your principles of giving you have rebuked the devourer for my sake.

In Jesus name,

Amen

Father,

In the name of Jesus, thank you for the truth of your word that declares for me and my house we will serve the Lord, therefore, I call forth my unsaved love ones out of darkness that they may be translated into the kingdom of your Dear SON, thank you that you have called them from afar. No one can come to you accept you draw that, now Father woo them with your loving kindness, give them encounter with you as you did with the woman at the well,  as you did when you visited Saul on the road of Damascus, or when you called (by setting up his encounter with Philip) Nathanael. Encounters with you that can not be refuted, but bring about conversion. Thank you, that you have came to seek and save the lost, and my love one is in that number.

Thank you Lord, for salvation coming to my household, my family, my love ones and friends.

In Jesus name.

Amen

These are just a few examples to get you rolling.

Back From A Hiatus and I been thinking

Hello,

I’m back and with a vengeance! Initially, my break came by way of my granny getting ill and we were making hospital runs. Praise God for the power of prayer and the healing hand of God. I seen the power of God move in a way that I have never before in this personal setting. My granny is 82 and was having complication breathing. She went to the hospital for the same matter back in March. However, this time the trip was much more awakening, that time with her is of essence and more precious now than ever.

With Mother’s Day approaching this Sunday, it causes me to reflect on her very presence in my life. My Granny has been a very intricate role in our life; she was there to pick up the pieces when life for us fell apart. She has housed numerous of her grandchildren, we all have lived with her at some point even housing multiple families at once, in addition to taking in and raising children that was grafted into the family through marriage and raising them as she did with her own, never showing partiality.

This is the woman that came to mind when I saw her laying upon a hospital bed with IV, tubes and an oxygen mask that supported her breathing. Upon walking into the situation, the room was filled with family members weeping, and from the position of walking in I could see why, but, faith said otherwise. I couldn’t allow the dictation of what I saw over-ride what I heard. When we got the call, that they were taking her in fear attempted to crept in because they made it seems that it was the end; but after I shook off the fear I asked, God “What You say, live or die? If, he would have said the latter then I was prepared to accept it, but in my spirit I heard LIVE and that settled it. Therefore, my mission when headed to the room was praying to see Lazarus raised but when getting there I felt how Jesus, did when he went into the house of Jairus, people reporting doom, mourning and weeping. I couldn’t put them out literally, so I had to close my mind to there attendance and believe what I had heard and began praying in the Spirit. Praying in the Spirit is essential period but especially beneficial when you don’t know what to pray. Yielding to the Holy Spirit is more profitable than attempting to conjure up some well heartfelt but ineffective renderings.  Please understand it is important to know when and allow the Chief Intercessor to flow through you. It is always beneficial. I knew not what to pray and relied on the one who did. I am in no way saying that my prayer alone brought the power of God on the scene but, I do know that the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous man availeth much and coming into agreement with all the others who were praying availed much more power!

This situation has revealed something about me that still perplex me about FAITH, my faith that is. It’s funny because I experience it in various other situations and I believe it’s because I am an intercessor. There are certain times, situations and problems that my faith is charged, engaged for the battle of warfare and understand my authority in the situation. I find this behavior is so, when there is life threatening situation, when someone is faced with marital issues, praying for the salvation of someone, so on and so forth. The operative word here is when I am in battle for someone, some situation, or something that has taken place on the news in the world. At these times I have seen the results of answered prayer but then on the other hand when I am engaged in battle for myself, the answers seem to be more distant than instant; the process of time seems to be more drawn out, which in turn effect the way I perceive my authority and baffles me that breakthroughs are happening on one front and halt on another. I thought I was alone until talking to my cousin who brought up the same point during our conversation.

Which bring me to ask you? Are there times in your prayer walk that you’ve seen answers when praying on the behalf of others and in your own life the answer seem to take longer and have you ever pondered why and what was  the answer revealed to you why? Please use the comment section to chime in and help me understand.

PS: I have downloaded the WordPress  app for android and attempted to use it as a way to keep up on post but to no avail, for some reason I keep getting an error messages when I attempt to publish post.

Also, I have been contemplating about life, direction and this new season; that’s part two of my absence. I have had a few comments and I appreciate the kind words and the encouragement to post more. I will indeed work out the kinks with my wordpress app and/or phone, so that even if I can’t do a full post, I can publish a verse, word of encouragement or quote.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by.

I AM On Full

As I have been going about this week, I have had this keen sense of awareness of the Presence of God, my heart is full, I guess just the atmosphere of the cross emanating love, liberty and wholeness conjures up songs in my spirit to bring my time of reflection alive, birthing admiration and appreciation for the “PRICE” that has been paid. I was washing dishes and Chris Tomlin’s, Jesus Messiah began to play in my head and the first verse is so potent that it provoked me to worship. The lyrics states, “He became sin who knew no sin that we might become His righteousness.” I mourn for what He (Jesus) had to endure; for He was a man without sin, but to think that for me He became sin. To exchange His life for mines, calls to mind that the life I live have value. My heart overflows, with gratitude.

Lord, I thank….You. Thank You, that you were obedient even to the point of death, to demonstrate the Love of God for man.
You came that we might have life and in you there is life.
In you there is freedom
In you there is Peace
In You there is Joy
In You there is Deliverance
In You there is Redemption
In You there is…….Salvation
Thank You for the price you paid.
Thank You for the life you gave.
Thank You that you raised with all power in your hands
and you looked at man and said,” The Power Invested In Me; I give unto thee.”

May we live in the fellowship of your suffering but may we reflect your Resurrection Power.

May we live in obedience?

May we share the free gift?

May yourMISSIONthat none will be lost, be the purpose of every believer’sheart?

May man see their need of a Savior, may they humble themselves in reverence and acceptance.

May the John the Baptist of this day arise and cry as a voice in the Wilderness….Repent; Repent for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand.

May there be urgency in the land to do the work of an evangelist; spreading the Good News that you gives life from the dead.

May man forsake their wicked ways and may the saints not take for granted your grace.

May our hearts live in a continual state of Rememberance

Welcome 2012

I greet you with great expectation! I await the unfolding of what’s to come. May I always be in the state of readiness, to take full advantage of open doors, oppurtunities, and new adventures in whatever form they show up. Courage, boldness, and determination I employ you and  faith I release you in this span of 2012. Now I wait with great expectation to see what you will yield.

Introduction: The Just Shall Live By Faith

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Heb. 11:1

Come go with me on an exploration of the essential component to a believers walk…the all important ingredient of faith.

Over the next series of post or until I am told otherwise, I will deal with the topic of faith in its many forms: I never seen such great faith, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed…be it unto you according to your faith and o’ ye of little faith. We”ll learn from the life of those that stepped out in faith; such as when Peter had faith to step out the boat;  Mary, the mother of Jesus response when the angel Gabriel appeared to her; the Father of faith Abraham and the countless other encounters of faith.

Come go with me on a journey that will encourage your faith, inspire you to live in faith and more importantly, to take that leap and act in or on faith. Along this pilgrimage may wisdom enlighten the eyes of your understanding and may revelation, knowledge and understanding be your portion.

 Until the next session

Stages of Faith….What stage are you on????

Ask in faith. When you pray Mark 11:24 declares

When you pray believe you receive. Your faith will be challenged. It is good to have faith during the dry season but there will come a time that you will have to operate in faith during the storms of your life. The bible decree that we go from faith to faith; glory to glory. We will never experience the rewards of faith if we only use it during the dry season. When everything is going well in our life, faith comes real easy, when nothing is shaken. How do you survive the storm? I am glad you asked, the only way to survive a storm is faith. Your faith will carry you through every trial; test and storm that you will be faced with.

Faith can only be strengthened when it is exercised. It is liken to the body when one do not exercise it is displayed in the form of his body; they are out of shape, over weight and weak. Next you have a person that works out moderately and you can tell by the form of his body, he’s not over weight but he maintains a steady weight with out fluctuating. Lastly there is the person that has a daily exercise regiment and eat healthy this person is called a fitness buff. They have toned bodies because they exercise they are better fit, strengthen and have better resistance and endurance. That is how I like to think about faith you have weak faith, moderate faith and strong faith. Weak faith is when one is not operating in positive faith. Fear is a negative trait of faith. Whether it is positive or negative its faith. A person with weak faith never leaves the shore for fear of what might happen.

The next level of faith is moderate you have just enough faith to keep you a float, you have gotten into the boat and launched just a little off shore; your not out there to deep and your close enough to run back to shore when the tides hit. When you’re in this state of faith you can see little reward here but the last of the group are the strong in faith these are the ones that have gotten off shore and into the boat pass by the floating and launched into the deep; they so far out the people that’s standing on the shore can no longer see them, all they see is an image of their silhouette.

Because they have gotten off the shore and went past safety this group is real risk takers not only are they out of their comfort zone they are treading on deep waters, they are in a state of limbo at this point anything could happen but they dared to be adventurous. These people testimonies are far greater; their experience more exciting.

Once the journey is over the strong in faith share their testimonies with the shore sitters and safety patrol. Are you a shore sitter? My advice to you is sit there no longer at least get into the water and float. And if you are safety patrol you’ve compassed these waters many times before it is now time to take a risk and live life on the edge.

If you are strong in faith and you have experience God in many fashions and form take the time to go back to the shore that you may take a shore sitter  out for a ride that they can see first hand faith in action that they too can dare to get off the shore.  Without faith it is impossible to please God. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
